Payment, Event Agreement, and Policies

For Hospitality orders, full non-refundable payment is due upon receipt of invoice, and a $15 order charge applies per game.

An e-signature via DocuSign is required on Event Agreement for each reservation. Terms and conditions apply. If indicated in the terms and conditions of the event agreement, you are required to carry commercial general liability insurance (event insurance) for your event. If you do not carry event insurance, The Phillies can arrange coverage for you through MLB; the price is approximately $100. See the Group Policies page for additional exclusions and information.

If it is determined in the sole discretion of The Phillies that any individual or entity is re-selling the majority of the purchased Group tickets on the secondary market, the Group ticket purchaser may be classified as a Ticket Reseller. Ticket Resellers are not eligible to purchase Phillies Group tickets or receive the benefits associated with the Group Leader Bonus Program. The Phillies, in its sole discretion, may, but is not obligated to, cancel and refund any Group ticket purchase made by anyone determined to be a Ticket Reseller. COVID-19

If, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Phillies must reduce fan capacity for a game for which the Customer reserved tickets and the reduced capacity prohibits the Customer’s reserved seats from being used, The Phillies will issue the Customer a credit for any payment(s) already made for the group ticket reservation to be used toward a future ticket purchase or will refund such payment(s) in the same manner by which the Customer made the payment(s). Except as expressly stated herein, all sales are final and there are no refunds.

FAQs

NEW FOR 2021: Guests are prohibited from bringing bags to the ballpark. Only purses, medical bags and diaper bags will be permitted into Citizens Bank Park. Backpacks are no longer permitted. Approved bags (purses, medical bags and diaper bags) can be no larger than 16" x 16" x 8" and will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations.

During the security screening process, it is NO LONGER necessary to remove cell phones, cameras, or keys from your pockets.

All Hospitality rentals include a pre-selected menu and beverage service, which will automatically be supplied on game day. Catering at Citizens Bank Park is provided by our partners at Aramark. You may add items to your menu in advance or discuss dietary needs by contacting Aramark catering manager Donna White at 267-570-2391 and white-donna@aramark.com; please be prepared to provide game date and facility booked.

For Hospitality Areas, you may access your facility 90 minutes prior to game time and catering will be available for the 90 minutes leading up to first pitch.

In 2021, certain entrances will be not be available, including "Suite & Club Entrance - East".

Any child 3 years of age or older is required to have a ticket for the game.

All Group Party Area events are welcomed both pre-game on the main PhanaVision board and in-game on the side message boards during the top of the 2nd, 5th and 6th innings. The Phillies must have your message at least 72 hours before your game date. Otherwise, your message may not be displayed. Messages must be family-friendly in nature. The Phillies may elect to not display a message at its sole discretion.

The maximum capacity in 233 Catering is 40 guests, the capacity in The Patio is 80 guests, the capacity in Tour Group Room is 100 guests.

If you have booked a Hospitality Area with less guests than current capacity, you may purchase additional party passes and game tickets by calling Group Sales at 215-463-5000. Game tickets subject to availability.

Preferred parking passes are available for purchase at $23 per pass.

The Phillies will mail your party passes and game tickets upon receipt of full payment.
