Fans buying tickets for the 2021 season can do so online through Mariners.com/Tickets and Ticketmaster.com or in a Mariners Team Store. The T-Mobile Park Box Office will open 2 hours prior to game time to sell any remaining tickets. All tickets will be delivered as mobile tickets and managed through the MLB Ballpark app, Ticketmaster app or Mariners Account Manager. Moving to mobile tickets helps reduce opportunities for fan-to-staff cross contamination and helps speed entry through the gates so fans spend less time in lines. Each gate is equipped with self-scan pedestals so mobile devices never leave your hand. For more information about mobile tickets please visit our Ticketing FAQ.
T-Mobile Park is cashless. Contactless transactions are more hygienic and help reduce the amount of time spent waiting in line for orders. The Mariners Garage and all retail and food and beverage purchases can be made with debit or credit cards or mobile payment services such as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Eight kiosks are located around the ballpark to convert cash to pre-paid debit cards. The kiosks are free to use and cards can be loaded with any amount up to $500. Debit cards never expire and can be used at any business that accepts credit or debit cards, including those outside T-Mobile Park.
Outside food is permitted in single-serving sizes. Sealed, clear plastic water bottles up to 32oz, baby bottles, beverages related to medical needs, and unopened, soft-sided single serve containers like juice boxes are permitted. Our hospitality partner, Centerplate, has updated and streamlined menus to offer the most popular items in prepackaged containers. This will help speed up time spent in line for food and beverages and reduce the risk of cross contamination. All concession stands are cashless.
