Community Ticket Program

Eligible Participants Include:

Those looking to attend a St. Louis Cardinals game as a group activity (who might not otherwise have an opportunity to attend), affiliated with:

  • Non-profit and community-based organizations
  • Groups of children from non-profits, churches, schools (Adult supervisors included and required)
  • Public servants and community/civic groups
  • Residential, assisted/senior living facilities, group homes

2021 Ticket Requests:

  • Eligible organizations may apply for one (1) game during the St. Louis Cardinals 2021 season.
  • Each group is allowed to apply for a maximum of 100 tickets - including chaperones/supervisors- per game date.
  • Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and seating is limited.
  • It is possible that some groups may not be awarded free tickets due to the enormous demand.
  • Accessible/wheelchair seating is very limited (limit 8 per group per game). While we will work to accommodate your needs, we may not be able to satisfy every request. Once requested, SEATS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED. Please request carefully. For more information on Busch Stadium accessibility, visit

  • Only select dates are available and groups must pick from the dates the Cardinals provide. Tickets remain available for each game while supplies last. Game times are subject to change. For the latest schedule updates, check

Rules and Regulations:

  • Donated tickets may not be resold or offered for resale, and use of donated tickets is strictly limited to the beneficiaries of the organization and cannot be used for raffle, fundraising or other promotional purposes whatsoever. If you are interested in a donation for a charity event, please visit
  • Re-selling or misuse of donated tickets will result in permanent disqualification from the program. It is imperative that you make ALL ticket recipients aware of this policy. Your organization will be held directly responsible for any re-selling or misuse of tickets. It is your responsibility to communicate this policy to all of your ticket recipients.
  • You are responsible for the tickets, if lost or stolen, they will not be replaced.
  • Game times are subject to change. Please monitor for updates.
  • In the event of a rainout, games may not be rescheduled.
  • We will be tracking the use of tickets again this year. If you fail to show up at the game, or have low attendance, you will be taken off future lists for complimentary tickets from the St. Louis Cardinals. Thank you for your participation
  • The Cardinals may disqualify organizations who:
    • Request a large number of tickets and fail to use them.
    • Request any number of tickets and not show up.
    • Have adults use the tickets that were given to kids.

Notification Process:

  • Ticket orders will be processed directly according to your choices on the application. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR FORM CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING. TICKETS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
  • Groups accepted into the program will receive an e-mail confirmation and automatically be sent physical game day tickets to the address provided on the application.
  • If your group cannot be accommodated, you will be notified via email.
