On July 7, the Phillies - in conjunction with Major League Baseball - announced their 60-game 2020 schedule. Opening Day took place on Friday, July 24 when the Phillies hosted the Miami Marlins. The season will conclude with a three-game set against the Rays in Tampa, September 25-27.
The Phillies recognize that our great fans have a variety of questions. However, given the unprecedented nature and fluidity of what is taking place, we appreciate your patience as we diligently work through the many aspects and details of this continually evolving situation.
When updated official information becomes available, the Phillies will communicate it to their fans promptly and through a variety of channels, including Twitter (@phillies) and on phillies.com.

How will the schedule be adjusted for the 2020 Regular Season?
Major League Baseball announced the 2020 Phillies 60-Game Regular Season on July 6. As a result, the original 162 game Phillies schedule is now void and tickets purchased for any game on the original 2020 schedule are no longer valid.
I had tickets to an originally scheduled 2020 Phillies game at Citizens Bank Park. What now?
The Phillies have communicated with single game ticket buyers who purchased directly through the Phillies regarding originally scheduled 2020 games which are now impacted. All single game ticket buyers that purchased tickets for an originally scheduled 2020 home game have the opportunity to receive a ticket account credit which can be applied to 2021 Phillies games at Citizens Bank Park or receive a refund.
Fans that purchased tickets for impacted regular season games in person at Citizens Bank Park should email email@example.com with their ticketing information for further instruction. I am a Season Ticket Holder, what will happen to the tickets I have for Impacted Regular Season Games at Citizens Bank Park?
Using the contact information provided by Season Ticket Holders on account, The Phillies have communicated with 2020 Season Ticket Holders via email, phone calls, and/or text messages over the past several weeks. These communications conveyed refund or account credit options for the originally scheduled 2020 impacted games as more information became available.
As a Season Ticket Holder, the credit for the impacted 2020 games and parking, (if applicable), net any refund requests, will be applied towards your 2021 Season Ticket Renewal statement, which will be sent via email in early August to the primary email address on account, or future 2020 games (if applicable). Please note, no action is required from you at this time.

Are the Citizens Bank Park Offices open?

Tickets to those Spring Training games purchased directly through the Phillies at phillies.com or over the phone, or for those who are Spring Training season plan holders, were refunded via the method of payment used to make the purchase. I have tickets to the third annual Carson Wentz AO1 Foundation Charity Softball Game and Home Run Derby to be played at Citizens Bank Park on May 8. What now?
