I had tickets to an originally scheduled 2020 Phillies game at Citizens Bank Park. What now?

All single game ticket buyers that purchased tickets directly through the Phillies for an originally scheduled 2020 home game had the opportunity to request a refund or carry an account credit which can be applied to 2021 Phillies games at Citizens Bank Park.

Fans that purchased tickets for impacted regular season games in person at Citizens Bank Park should email tickets@phillies.com or call 215-463-1000 with their ticketing information for further instruction. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

I am a Season Ticket Holder, what will happen to the tickets I have for Impacted Regular Season Games at Citizens Bank Park?

As a Season Ticket Holder, the credit for the impacted 2020 games and parking, (if applicable), net any refund requests, was applied towards your 2021 Season Ticket Renewal statement, which was sent via email in August to the primary email address on account.

Are the Citizens Bank Park Offices open?

No, the Citizens Bank Park Offices are currently closed. At the suggestion of local and national government, most Phillies employees will be working remotely for the foreseeable future. If you have questions, please email us at the following:

  • tickets@phillies.com for questions regarding Spring Training tickets, individual game tickets for the Regular Season, 3/6 game pack tickets, or Spring/April Ballpark Pass tickets
  • grouptickets@phillies.com for questions regarding groups of 25 or more, single suites, and hospitality spaces
  • seasonMVP@phillies.com for questions regarding full and partial season ticket packages
