Below we have made available our COVID-19 ticket policy for all originally scheduled 2020 home games, which are now considered to be impacted by the pandemic. We know many of you have questions and we appreciate your patience during these challenging times.
Which games are considered to be impacted?
Now that MLB has officially announced a new schedule for the 2020 season, all originally scheduled games are considered to be impacted by COVID-19. This includes all regular season home games at Oriole Park from March 26 through September 24.
Will fans be allowed to attend any newly scheduled games at Oriole Park in 2020?
The Orioles, like many MLB teams, will not immediately play in front of spectators as part of a strict policy in the interest of public safety, as well as the safety of our employees and players. The Orioles will work with MLB, along with local elected leaders and public health officials, to closely monitor this rapidly evolving situation, and will provide policy updates to fans if and when they become available.
What is your ticket policy for games impacted by COVID-19?
In an effort to provide fans with the most value possible, we are offering original ticket purchasers the option of a 125% credit for impacted games in 2020 (from March 26 through September 24), which may be used for future regular season games in 2021 or 2022.* The Game Credit will be applied automatically, so no action is required.**
What if my circumstances require a different option?
We certainly recognize that the COVID-19 pandemic has created great hardships for many families and businesses. The Orioles will also offer fans the choice of a full refund for the impacted games, if preferred. Refund requests will be processed within 30 days and must be received by July 31, 2020. Fans are encouraged to reach out to their dedicated Orioles representative to pursue this option.
Are there any restrictions or limitations to the credits or bonus credits?
The Game Credit is calculated based on the face value of tickets, only, and is applied to the account holder and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. The Game Credit only applies to regular season Orioles ticketing purchases and cannot be redeemed for parking, concessions, merchandise, postseason or other expenses. For Birdland Members, the Birdland Membership must be paid in full in order to obtain the Game Credit.
I purchased single-game tickets at the box office. How should I proceed?
Fans who purchased single-game tickets at the Oriole Park Box Office should send the original game tickets requesting the 125% Game Credit or a refund via certified mail to:
ATTN: Impacted Games
333 West Camden St.
Baltimore, MD 21201
Please include your full contact information including name, address, telephone number, and email address. Please allow up to 30 days for us to process your request.
What are my options if I purchased tickets through a third-party seller (StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc.) for a game date that has passed?
Fans who purchased tickets on StubHub or any other secondary market must contact the customer service staff for that business for inquiries regarding their policy for tickets to impacted games.
I can no longer view my 2020 game tickets in the MLB Ballpark App. What happened?
No need to worry. With the announcement of the new 2020 schedule, all previous dates and tickets associated with the “impacted” schedule have been removed from the app. If you opted for the bonus credit option, we will communicate your bonus credit amount via email in the coming weeks. If you opted for a refund, please allow up to 30 days for us to process your request.
How is the MLB season going to work with a shortened 60-game schedule? What rules will be changed?

I opted for the bonus credit option. When can I expect to hear information about being able to use it for the 2021 season?
We expect tickets for next season to go on sale much sooner than they would during a typical year. However, an exact date is still to-be-determined at this time. We hope to be able to communicate more information regarding the 2021 season later this summer. If you opted for bonus credit, we will contact you via email as soon as more information becomes available.
How are you helping your part-time, seasonal staff during this period?
The Orioles committed $1 million to support hundreds of Orioles part-time and gameday staff who have been affected by the delayed start of the Major League Baseball season. Funds are being distributed directly to more than 800 seasonal and part-time Orioles employees in both Baltimore and Sarasota. These valued staff members strive to create a first-class fan experience at Camden Yards each summer and at Ed Smith Stadium each spring, and are an integral part of our gameday operations and our Orioles family.
